Yes, we fabricate your counters in our facility unless the size or configuration dictates that we pour on site. Generally, we can shop fabricate pieces up to 15‘ long by 4‘ wide in nearly any configuration.
Our pricing is based on information collected from the client directly or by visiting the job site. Generally by the time an estimate is created all relevant information is received. If a change in scope is requested we will gladly modify the estimate. If after a contract is signed and a discrepancy is noted or change requested we will make the appropriate changes to the scope of work through the use of a change order.
Because we offer such an extensive variety of edge details, our pricing is based on a formula that includes both square feet and lineal feet of edge.
The estimate is the first step in the process of formally procuring our services. Once we have a signed copy of the estimate with the client acknowledging the scope of work and pricing, an invoice will be sent with a contract. Cement Elegance will not schedule a project until both deposit and contract are received.

Yes, but after the work has begun there is a contract in force so any change would happen through use of a change order.
When assembling an estimate we need just a few pieces of information to be accurate: site location plan view drawing with dimensions, desired surface thickness, edge profile type, color choice, under mount or drop in sink, stove configuration, back splash , surface texture, inclusion of relief's or foreign objects in surface. With this we can be quite accurate in knowing what is required to get the job done just as you had envisioned.
